The award is based on more than 67,000 customer reviews and was presented by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) together with ntv. The evaluation covered factors including value for money, product range, customer service, website experience, as well as shipping and payment conditions. Customers’ willingness to recommend the shop was also included in the overall result.
