13th salary
Sport-Thieme pays a fixed 13th monthly salary to all employees at the end of the year. This special payment is a Christmas bonus and helps fulfill some of those holiday wishes.

The bonus, known as the “performance bonus,” is a voluntary additional payment from the company, based on the financial success of the previous business year and the current situation. Company Health Insurance (BKV)
The company health insurance (BKV) is a voluntary additional insurance offered by Sport-Thieme to employees. In collaboration with Hallesche Insurance, we provide additional services that can be used alongside statutory or private health insurance. Employees have access to an annual health budget of €300, which can be used for services such as professional teeth cleaning or purchasing new glasses.

Thanks to tax advantages, JobRad is comparable to the company car benefit – and applies to bicycles and e-bikes. At the JobRad specialist retailer, our employees can choose their preferred bike from the entire range, starting at a sales price of €749. The monthly leasing fee is directly deducted from the salary.
