Respecting human rights throughout our supply chain is very important to us. Our suppliers are required to follow the Sport-Thieme Code of Conduct. This includes a strict ban on child labor, slavery, and forced labor, as well as the assurance of fair wages, safe working conditions, equal treatment, the right to freedom of association, and protection against corruption. Employees can report violations anonymously through a dedicated whistleblower portal.
We also make an important contribution to society. For example, our trainees participate in volunteer initiatives with our partner “Special Olympics Germany” and we offer annual summer childcare for the children of our employees at our headquarters in Grasleben, Lower Saxony.
